Organization:

1-Consumer healthcare Division:

- Sales & distribution department:

We serve our customers over 3000 pharmacy shops, 1200 supermarkets, most of chain stores and beauty shops through our sister company Pouya Pakhsh Rossen comprises. The sales activities are directed by head of consumer healthcare division and managed by sales manager of Pouya Pakhsh Rossen via more than 20 sales force and other 15 people working in logistics, warehouse, money collection and accounting. It is forecasted a growth of 50% in number of the customers until end 2008.

-Marketing department:

Marketing department in consumer healthcare area acts through a team of people in all proper ATL & BTL activities. Detailing manager, customer marketing manager and logistic manager report to marketing manager and the whole department is directed by head of consumer healthcare division.

2-Pharmaceutical Division:

- Sales department:

Pharma sales manager is responsible to coordinate the sales via guiding and directing subdistributors. The sales manager reports to head of division.

-Marketing department:

Pharama marketing Department consists of medical detailers who report to the marketing manager. Their activities includes specialist, Gps and pharmacy shops medical detailing, preparing doctors and patient work shops, attending in congress and seminars and advertisement. The manager reports to head of the division.

3-Regulatory Section:
Importance of registration of products in the process of importation requires a proper and constant contact with food and drug deputy of ministry of health in order to make registrations in minimum possible time. Rossen Darman Technical director with a technical assistant are responsible for this section.

4-Commercial section:
This department works in close collaboration with the distribution networks and is responsible for planning and regulating the process of importation and stock level monitoring based on sales forecasts and real sales figures.

5- Financial department:
RossenDarman financial director and 4 accountants are responsible for all financial transactions with the partners (Local and International) . They prepare regular financial reports for different purposes as per request of Rossen Darman different departments or partners.

6- Budget department:
Each department and section of Rossen Darman has its own budjet and before every financial year plans and budgets will be gathered by budget department to prepare annual budget of Rossen Darman.

7- Human Resource:
There are more than 70 people working in Rossen Darman and Pouya Pakhsh Rossen. A growth of 15 percent in numbers of employees is foreseen in 2008. Human resource is responsible for new recruitments and different employee's affairs.
