•At the time of new policies of the Iranian Ministry Of Health importation of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and encouragement programs in privatization in this sector, in may 2001 a group of people with longstanding experience in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare, came together to establish a foundation named RossenDarman for using the combination of new opportunities and old experiences for playing a major role in Iranian pharmaceutical and healthcare market. Founders of RossenDarman with more than twenty years of experience in field of pharmaceutical, in major governmental and private organizations ,established the company in late 2001.

•The name of Rossen Darman is nature of the company. Rossen is an herbal plant naturally grown in West part of Iran , having therapeutic indications and Darman means treatment in Persian language.

•RossenDarman is officially registered in Ministry of Health and Ministry of Commerce as an approved importer of Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare items and exclusive agent of some international companies .
